All of our Test Equipment is sold with a 30 day warranty. Except the items in The Graveyard section. These items are sold strictly as-is, all the units are complete, they do not have tubes, knobs etc missing (unless specifically stated). They are units which we have had for a long time (collecting dust). We just need to clear the items out, to make room for our ever increasing stock.
If Calibration is required on ANY unit, please call first for a price ( charged extra - unless we specify otherwise). We use an Independent Calibration House for our requirements, we also have a full time repair engineer working only on Test Equipment.
Carriage: This must be added to all orders. For orders within the Mainland UK the cost is usually £15.00, except if the unit is an extremely heavy item, in which case you must have a written quotation from ourselves before ordering. If the order is from outside the Mainland UK, all orders must first be quoted for.
Returns: Carriage must be paid by the customer for all returned items. Except: If the item we send is faulty, we will then arrange the collection and pay for return carriage. Graveyard items: These items are NOT returnable.
VAT @ 20% must be added to all orders from within the UK, and from all orders outside the UK where this is applicable. If you are unsure please call us first. Delivery:
We always try to deliver within 10 days from receipt of funds. However we do sometimes run into unforeseen difficulties with certain items of equipment, if this is the situation, we will always try to contact you, to keep you informed, and to hopefully specify a new delivery date.

At the time the website was created, all information was correct before being released. However, we continually sell and introduce new items, therefore, it is advisable to ring prior to ordering to check the availability.
Payment: Is required with order. We accept: cheques, postal orders, Western Union, most major credit cards, and paypal. Our account is telfordelectronics@btinternet.com International customers must first obtain our bank details, to enable money to be paid by Bank Transfer. There is an extra charge of £15.00 per transaction for this service.
